Tracking Neural Activity at True Speed

Kavli NDI Scientists receive a $2.7 million National Institutes of Health grant to integrate AI and Engineering, to record brain signals 50faster.

Led by Adam Charles, Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering, the team will collaborate with fellow Kavli NDI members  Ji Yi, Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, and Dwight Bergles, Professor of Neuroscience. Together, they will integrate streamlined optics with next-generation AI algorithms to capture neural activity at its native speed.Learn more here
